Donations for Mom's Funeral Expenses

Our Mother, Maria, passed away June 23, 2012.  She had complained about stomach pains for some time.  We took her to the doctor and she was diagnosed with acid reflux.  Turns out, she had a stomach infection.  Yes, she was 88 but I know without that infection she would have been with us longer because she was a very strong lady. We love you mama.

Maria Del Rayo "Rayito" Garcia, 88, passed away Saturday, June 23, 2012. Born in Santa Ana, CA, Maria was a homemaker and member of Convent Association of Victory Noll in Huntington, IN. She was a social worker, volunteered with senior citizens, and an advocate against abortion. Maria was passionate about ceramics and enjoyed crafting. She was so loved by everyone and loved everyone with all her heart. Surviving are her children, Connie Mehra of Los Angeles, CA, Louis S. (Teresa) Garcia, Pete "Pedro" (Gloria) Garcia, Armando Garcia all of Fort Wayne, Cecilia (Joel) Tyler of Honolulu, HI, Christina (Marcus) Moreno of San Francisco, CA, Carolina (Jason) Morgan of Fort Wayne, and Hector (Ana) Garcia of Allendale, MI, 19 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, siblings, Josephina, Jose (Lolo), Raymundo (Mundi), Sister Conchita, Rojelio (Kelo), Romelia, Thomas and Ray Castillo. Maria was preceded in death by husband, Pedro Garcia.

Any monetary donation to our family will be greatly appreciated to help pay for funeral expenses, as Mom did not have life insurance.
